Dries clear, waterproof, flammable

Ingredients: Isopropanol, ethyl acetate, heptane, toluene

Instructions for use: Prepare the scalp using 99% alcohol.

Use sponge brushes to apply a thin, even layer of ULTRA HOLD to the scalp and dry until tacky.

Repeat once more, then apply the hair system to the scalp, pressing firmly for 10 seconds.

Precautions: Close tightly. Do not breathe fumes.
